Policystat: Assigning Medical Directors Meta-Data

Please consider adding an additional section in the meta-data when drafting a new policy wherein while drafting a document we are able to select senior leadership in addition to policy owners. I.e.

Document Owner: John Doe
Document Director: Jane Doe - This filed = optional fill as administrative fields do not require the same oversight.
Area: Risk and Compliance
Approval: Risk and Compliance

The current work around - is building individual workflows including medical director/director steps with the appropriate approvers.

Case for why: Getting document owners thinking about medical oversight during the drafting process is beneficial for promoting further routing towards appropriate committees and so forth.

I did not, for some reason I can’t get into the ideas portal. If you wanted to take the idea and run with it, I wouldn’t be opposed.
